Horrible App. I purchased units and was debited, but I didn’t get the units. I contacted the customer support but no response.
Terrible and they need to do better
I’ve funded my wallet several times and when I actually try to buy units my wallet will be empty. Customer care is hard to reach, they don’t respond on time. This app definitely needs an upgrade and also the personnel

I paid for three meters and then the third one after making payment I was given an token number the just wrote token since morning till this time nothing. Please it’s not good at all. I don’t have light since yesterday
