Bad ride
Make me pay before setting off and over charged me as I could see the meter The door handle had zip ties on with sharp bits on so injured my hand getting out The car sounded like it needed to go to the garage was making awful sounds
Overcharged
I have done this journey many times and have never been charged more than £8.75. This driver charged me £10.25, he said his meter charged this, so is there a general charge or can they ask for whatever they want. Otherwise, generally, I am happy with Metro.
Faulty
Cant order a taxi to begin with.
Late every time
I’ve been using this app for a few weeks, almost everyday it’s late, I book the taxi about an hour in advance, yet it’s late
Doesn’t work
Tried several times to sign up but the app won’t send a verification code to activate the account. I’ll just use the phone instead
Unable to add card details
Unable to add card details, only cash, and I don’t carry cash
Rubbish
Can’t even set up an account. Been trying for couple of weeks. Obviously got issues on the app
