Every week or so it breaks leaving me having to pay with cash aswell as when it breaks the entire app doesn’t work

I can’t get this app to work at all. I’m a tourist here and was hoping to use it to get around Hobart.

WHY IS IT INBUILT IN THE APPS SEARCH ENGINE IF ITS JUST GOING TO SAY THAT NONE OF THEIR BUSSES GO THERE

I have 4 children and would love to top up all their cards remotely- in real time. Please make this happen. Also, please allow all regional bus information to be displayed. Also, a search based on location from a map, not just relying on names would be great. I would love to see a network map, such as they have in Sydney and be able to download timetables to see the earliest/ latest available trip. Please implement these changes.

This app has a good concept base but lacks execution. Route updates need to be included on the trip planning section Live time tracking of buses would be great preferably via gps tracking And the ability to change zone (including non urban zoning) prior to boarding would make a huge improvement.

Application has the screen ratio of an early 2000 feature phone. Let us store the greencard on our phones so we can tap onto transport.

Old fashion UI… sadge

Used to be a good app. Now it just says could not locate start or end locations. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app several times and still having the same issue.

So pretty much seems pointless

I kept deleting the app and redownloading it but it keep showing error when I try to put my greencard information:(
