体幹トレーニングに使っています。繰り返し設定できるので本当に便利です。ただ、秒数が表示されたらもっと良いと思います。

How to use
Number of times it becomes infinite by setting to zero.
When you click the memo button after stop, date, time, interval, number of times are automatically recorded.
You can freely edit the memo.
