Location is not detecting properly and it takes random location and deducts the higher price . Which we come to know only after providing Otp, where we can’t we cancel the booking and loss of money

Dont refund your money if you stopped using app due to not living in the same city anymore!! Customer care is pathetic. Slow and no help at all. Hardly any autos available to even use this service.

They charge very less for customers and provide employment for women with regular income, can avoid using regular and other transport apps which cost very high even for close distances They need to expand towards all metro stations

This app has a wallet where they ask us to add money and everytime I am trying to book a ride they say no active rides available it’s been happening from almost 6-8 week, if there are no rides available give me my money back tahts been added in the wallet, such cowards

App shows loading screen forever and not working, it used to work fine before.

Even though the app claims to be available for Hyderabad, it says ‘no service’ when i searched the area I live in. I stay in Osman Nagar, Tellapur. This app is of no use to me, hence deleted my account.

It is a really convenient app to book ride and we can also select 2 or 3 wheeler for our own definitely try it out it is so easy to use

The best part about this service is that it’s eco friendly and sustainable. The service is great as it’s affordable to us. It has minimal waiting period and zero cancellation policy which makes it super convenient for us to travel. The app interface is good and easy to use. My experience with MetroRide India has been great overall.
