Instabil
Diese App läuft auf unseren IPads sehr instabil. Öffnet man die App und benutzt sie direkt kontinuierlich funktioniert sie. Will man die geöffnete App nach ein paar Minuten erneut nutzen funktioniert sie nicht mehr. Erst nachdem man sie geschlossen hat und dann neu geöffnet, funktioniert sie wieder.

Für einem Premium TV Hersteller ist diese App einfach nicht i.o. Viele Funktionen funktionieren nur „gelegentlich“
Fast sinnlose App
Der Sinn der App erschließt sich mir nicht zumal die Bedienung kaum besser wie über die Fernbedienung ist. Klar sind Buchstaben und Texte besser einzugeben aber der Funktionsumfang kann die dürftigen Features des Fernsehers eben nicht erweitern. Ich hab die App direkt wieder gelöscht. Nutze den Fernseher fast ausschließlich an der Streaming Box als Display zur Anzeige der Inhalte via hdmi

Ist ok, kann aber moderne Bildformate (iPhone live Bilder) nicht abspielen.

Scheinbar möchte man den Service nicht verbessern . Dann lieber keine App als so eine schlechte ! Das ist sehr schade , wenn man den Preis eines Metz TV Akzeptiert und kauft .
Geht nicht
TV kann nicht gefunden werden, andere Apps hingegen haben ihn wenigstens schonmal erkannt…

Diese App hat eine funktionale und übersichtliche Oberfläche und funktioniert wirklich gut! Sie bietet mehr Funktionalität als die IR-Fernbedienung. Sowohl für die App als auch für den TV gibt es regelmäßig Updates. Kann man nur empfehlen.
App zu kompliziert und fehlerhaft
-Leider muss man sich beim öffnen der App jedes Mal neu einloggen. -Die App merkt sich den Zugang nicht. -Verbindungsaufbau klappt oft nicht -Funktionsumfang gering Bin sehr enttäuscht das bei einem Fernseher für 2000€ so eine lieblos und billig programmierte App zum Einsatz kommt. Hab die App eben deinstalliert.
