Is Meural free?
Yes, Meural is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Meural legit?
⚠️ The Meural app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
**Anglais : On regrettera les commentaires des tableaux qui sont exclusivement en anglais avec l’abonnement.
** Gestuelle : La gestuelle avec le cadre reste très laborieux. Quasiment inutilisable.
** Synchro : A quand la possibilité de caster les oeuvres vers un Chromecast, une Apple TV ou autres dispositifs du même genre ?
** Quantité : Le nombre d’œuvres disponibles avec l’abonnement reste quand même limité. Il manque plein de tableaux et artistes.
** Qualité : Il faut reconnaître que la qualité des images est très bonne.
** Espace de stockage : Trop juste. Il faut renier sur les œuvres.
** Ergonomie : Il faut absolument revoir l’ergonomie de l’app.
** Il manque la possibilité de créer une liste noire pour les œuvres aléatoires qu’on ne veut pas voir ; celles qu’on aiment pas.
Impossible de s abonner habitant la réunion
Bonjour je suis très déçu sans abonnement Meural n est pas intéressant. Je ne peux pas m abonner on me dit que le pays bn est pas éligible. abonnement.
Lamentable
J’ai payé un abonnement d’un an, j’ai passé un temps fou à trouver des œuvres, la plupart étant évidemment payantes en plus de l’abonnement et petit à petit ces œuvres disparaissent de ma collection. Bref, je ne mettrais plus un centimes et je collerai mes sélections sur carte SD.
Broken Terrible Support
TOTALLY BROKEN!! Something happened a few weeks ago, where the canvas says it is no longer connected, but my home network says it is connected with an IP address (Canvas also says connected to WiFi). Tons of mentions on this on the Netgear forums. Support is useless as they won’t acknowledge the issue and instead ask questions that waste your time. This isn’t a cheap product. We deserve better!
Canvas not updating. Server offline.
After several years of flawless service, the frame no longer is taking photo updates and cannot be configured remotely. Online it looks like has been a problem since early October and has been acknowledged. Everything looks good on my end. Please fix!
Great product, horrible app
Love my Meural …..HATE the iOS app - worst app ever when it comes to troubleshooting. Continually freezes, has incorrect info, impossible to use if there’s an issue. And for heaven’s sake, get rid of the gesture controls on the canvas - they NEVER work - and add controls to the app!

Can’t really use app yet…
Long story short, I would love to start using the app, it looks well made, but I can’t connect my Meural, and it’s been a month since I first contacted Netgear for help. I bought this secondhand, and they need proof of a serial number to unregister it from the previous owner and register it to my account, but there is no serial number that I can find on the device, and it’s been almost a week since I’ve asked them where I can find it… I would love some help. 😂

I had to change the power cord of the panel, and the app doesn’t synch. What you see is not what you get…
