Actualize y ahora no me permite usar la app
App not working. No communication channel
I downloaded the app and paid for the yearly subscription. Everything was working perfectly until one day it crashed and I could no longer use it. I have tried uninstalling and installing again, which would mean i have the latest version but now I can’t log in. There’s a loop in the opening questions that throws me back at the start every time I try. I have been waiting for a few days to see if they fixed the bug, but no luck. also, there’s no chat, phone number, email or really anyway to contact anyone on the team. At this point they have just stolen my money.

Buggy and not user friendly
It asked me multiple times for basic information that I had already given it. Requires putting in dental measurements to proceed. Program says 4 lessons but only shows the first one with no easy way to skip to the next lesson. Set playback speed to 2x, keeps resetting to 1x. I want to like this app and I’ve been a longtime supporter of John & Mike Mew, but this needs to be cleaned up. I see multiple 1-star reviews pointing out similar issues. Get on the ball developers. Fix the bugs. Canceled subscription.
