Would not let me close on a volatile futures trade and because of that I lost a large sum.
Email bombardment
I have “unsubscribed” multiple times and still get sent emails. Very annoying
Totally scam! Cautions
After register for 20mins, scam all comming, cause I leave my phone number in the app, now i got 5 scammer calls every week! Before I download it, hardly get 1 scammer call 1 year, have to rate this scammer in apple, be very careful!

Pretty messy exchange its cheap but really confusing…
Very bad performance
I suggest that use other platform like binance or bybit i don’t recommend this platform it has veryvery bad performance if i could just rate 0 i will do it, i set my possition in future trade and after that i got some profit when i tried to close my possition it take like 2 minute before it close and so i got liquidated. Bad performance and so laggy
