Absolutely the best App !!
I started to consider Meya when I developed some difficulties to fall asleep as my brain did not switch off easily , despite practicing traditional exercises like breathing and listening to music in the evening . This App with no doubt had an immediate effect on me and since the first seconds the music had a real impact on my brain. Following the instructions of the voice made me fall asleep almost in few minutes. I love the section Sleep, Unwind and Relax . I would recommend to listen the music with earphones to enjoy fully the immersive experience. The quality of the music is outstanding and you can even enjoy the music in the uplifting music section in your lounge at home to chill out ! I cannot recommend MEYA enough !

Spotify is my go to app. Or should I say was. After discovering Meya I was hooked. I fell in love with it. I’ve never heard anything like it before. I use it daily. It makes me feel amazing. I’m telling everyone I know to just get it.
