Da quando ho fatto l’aggiornamento iOS 12 non mi funziona più

Non riesco a vedere più le cam. L’app si apre e poi si chiude da sola. Forse non è aggiornata alla versione 11.4 ios. Si può aggiornarla. Grazie

ADESSO FUNZIONA ALLA GRANDE !
Prima non funzionava poiché il mio provider internet mi aveva resettato il router chiudendo di conseguenza la porta mobile da me aperta in precedenza. Se a voi non funziona controllate sul programma di gestione del vostro router che sia aperta la porta mobile, che dovrà essere uguale a quella impostata sul vostro DVR. Per rendere molto più veloce la connessione alle telecamere, consiglio inoltre di settare sul vostro DVR i DNS di Google che sono i seguenti: 8.8.8.8
