New app not working

Unable to login to new app. Please rectify

1.1 version not being updated on IOS.

I have been trying to update the app but it is not happening. When I try to update it again goes back to the existing version only. Please fix it.

I would say app is useful even in iOS except the login issue via pin once we login with password it works perfectly I hv placed many orders

PIN ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED

Setting PIN is still not working with iPhone with new updation. Error message IMEI does not exist. Pl look into this issue urgently. It’s ages now since you raised this issue but no resolution till now. Very slow service.

Each time logging in through ID and password is useless. App other iOS apps offer Touch ID authentication facility. BSE is specifically ignoring iOS users. At least mPIN should be enabled. Even after raising this issue many times on BSE channels they are just ignoring the feedback.
