سلمتهم مفرش المفترض استلمه منهم أمس الساعة ٦ الى ٨ مساء وإلى الآن ما وصلوه -مر يوم- وما يردون

السواق يتواصل معك بعد الموعد بساعه او اكثر الغاء مواعيد بسبب تاخر السائق

I have been consistently dissatisfied with my experience using this laundry application. The level of professionalism demonstrated by the team has been notably lacking. Every time I assign clothes for laundry, queries regarding their brands and details are demanded. This unnecessary questioning disrupts the convenience I expect from a laundry service. Moreover, the time management aspect requires drastic improvement. I have frequently selected 2-4 pm slots for laundry pickup, however, I receive contacts delayed until almost 10 pm.

ممكن تعذر المندوب على التأخير .. بس يأجل يوم كامل ويوهم الادارة ان التأجيل بطلب من العميل.. هذا كذب وقلة احترام . ، تنتظر التوصيل كأنك تنتظر طلبية من برا وفوق هذا ما وصل للآن 😁، تجربة أولى سيئة جداً ..

I don’t recommend this app at all. There’s no one in support team and they won’t pickup and deliver on time. It’s just a waste of time. Better to choose other apps or go directly to laundry.

جدا رااااااائع و مريح و منظم و سريع و محترمين

I wanted go change the pick up time and there’s no option in the app. I tired to contact them via email and calling but there was no answer.

I’m totally upset. My pick up appointment supposed to be today between 14:00 - 16:00 pm. Now it’s 21:00 pm and NOBODY arrived yet and NOBODY even called to explain. If there is a lower rating than one star i would select.
