I cannot seem to EVER sign in “cleanly.” By that, I mean by simply entering my email and password. “NOPE, that password is not correct.” I click on the little eyeball icon to make sure I’ve entered it correctly. I look at the email address I’ve entered. Why, YES, it IS correct— at least it was last time I reset it (last time I opened the app, …. Because…..it always, Always, ALWAYS…. “Is not correct” and had to be reset. If you try your password (that you KNOW is correct because you wrote it in your little password book along with the date you had to reset it) …. If you try three time, BOOM! Locked out! Gotta wait (sit in the corner) for a while. Or reset it, which you have to do EVERY STINKING TIME you attempt to open it. And you cannot use any previous password, any letters, numbers or symbols you’ve ever used, and any previous language. I’m exaggerating that part but not by much. Exasperating is the “cleanest” word I can use for review purposes. I generally give up. It is the same whether on the app or the website. And NO, their software IS the issue. I know what password I used — I am VERY meticulous at writing it down, along with the date I had to change it. This one has a whole page in my password book of passwords/dates crossed out because they were reset. Ridiculous! Crappy software? Crappy platform?

Let me down at 2 am with my haul.. had to stand in line for key instead of app

MGM is a dysfunctional company destined for bankruptcy. Their app and player rewards system is terrible. Their employees are clueless. They recently merged with cosmo and now we have like 4 different accounts. Slots are tight. $100 in freeplay for half a million coin in on slots. What a joke.

This app is a scam all of MGM is too. Players never can win and withdraw. I hate it.

I can’t se or use the registration Digital key unable to activate via app and front desk can’t (wouldn’t help) To have an app only for us citizens is like saying hotel is only for us

“Mobile checkin required?” Fine. “Must download app?” Booked through Marriott, but have to checkin in MGM app. “Give us all your information! Before you can even USE our app and in addition the stuff you already gave Marriott, we want likes, dreams, desires, who’s coming with you, what you plan to do while in Vegas…we want EVERYTHING.” - Do I have to? I just want to check in….fine. “Great. Now that we have all your personal information, forced you to install our app and we’ve installed all our tracking and monitoring spyware…we can’t check you in. You need to call the front desk.” I should have known.

It simply wouldn’t verify my identity. It does tell you why. Makes you go and take many steps and nothing. Horrible experience. Terrible service.

All of MGM’s digital infra is trash. Can’t look up a basic reservation because the resort dropdown button doesn’t work. Can’t add guests easily to reservations either
