سحب مبلغ اكثر من قيمة الاشتراك !
اشتركت بعرض اليوم الوطني 94 ريال اشتراك سنوي ، وتم سحب المبلغ من الحساب ، ولكن تفاجأت بسحب ايضا مبلغ 71 ريال بعد وقت قصير ، احتاج احد يفسر لي ليش انسحبت 71 !!!

بداية كل شيء ممتاز قي التطبيق و لكن اتمنى اضافة خاصية high light و توزيع التركيز بين هارفارد بيزنس و باقي المجلات

قسم ثواني يفترض انه مجاني لكن لا يمكنني تصفحه بسبب اعلانات الاشتراك !!

كثرة المشاكل التقنية
ندمت الصراحه بالاشتراك. برنامج مليئ بالمشاكل التقنية المتكرره والاسوء عدم تجاوب الدعم معي. فمثلا اذا دخلت ثواني يقول لي اشترك وانا مشترك اساسًا ولا استطيع قراءة الثواني ويحدث ذلك بشكل متكرر. وعندما دخلت اليوم ظهرت امامي طلب شركاء النهضة ولا وجود لزر للخروج فعندما قدمت عليه لكي اخرج من صفحة الطلب يقول لي اني مشترك ولا استطيع الخروج من صفحة الطلب التي لم اطلبها.

التطبيق سيء ويعلق
على الرغم من اعجابي بالمحتوى
يجب ان تكون هناك خيارات للاشعارات
البرنامج جيد وفيه مقالات ممتازة لكن غير معقول تصلني اكثر من عشر اشعارات في اليوم يجيب ان يكون هناك خيار للمشترك في تحديد عدد ونوعية الاشعارات التي يرغب في تلقيها اتمنى تطوير هذه الجزئية علماً بأنني مشترك بعضوية مدفوعة سنويا وسابقا مشترك في المجلات
