i really love the game but after i tried updating the app it got stuck. now i can’t use the app, delete it or upgrade it

The game is amazing but for me I feel there is a lack of characters,now don’t get me wrong the characters are amazing but there are some characters that are powerful enough to be in the game yet they aren’t, for example kurogiri twice himiko toga overhaul and some A1 students

I played the game for a lot of time and got a lot of heroes and all and now it’s restarted.

Frustrating

A really nice content... and that’s all A disgusting support team, that will not even try to help you. A company that just want to take all of your money without hiding it... The development team is on the place ... but support and company vision... not have the merit to manage a game of an epic anime like that... frustrating

Game keeps crashing what to do

Lately I’ve been having problems with starting up co - op matches and story missions. Most times when I try to open co - ops or missions my game completely crashes on me.I really enjoy the game but having these problems make it hard to level up and reach farther in the story.(if there’s anything I can do to fix this please tell me)overall the game is fun and enjoyable.
