Forgotten your card on your visit to the clinic? You can now retrieve your eCard instantly. Access rights must be enabled by HR Manager first.
ECLAIMS/VISITS
Currently available for selected programs only. Member can now submit claims and view their visits via the App. Not applicable for Dependants.

FAILED NRIC DETECTION
This app cannot detect my NRIC. Then How to use?
Clinic Locator unable to search for clinics
Clinic Locator unable to search for clinics. Been down for the past few weeks. Have to search manually from Google for the address & ask from colleagues where is the nearest from my home.
Apps got bugs, not users friendly. Only accept photos as attachment
Not able to send multiple pre and post hospitalization claim at one go. Have to send each claim separately
Lousy app
1. Does not allow dependent to submit claims, making it very inefficient for main policyholder. 2. Account suddenly deleted fr app and not possible to add 3. No instructions on where to submit information requested by insurance company. Unable to amend anything in edit button. Very frustrating to use!
