Very bad experience with mi, dont buy anything from them
I purchased a Mi power bank on April 26, 2024, but unfortunately, it was defective. I visited the Mi store located in Sector 3, Rohini, to get it replaced. However, without examining the product or informing me, they gave me a different model instead of replacing it with the same one. They told me that the new power bank needed to be charged before use, so I took it home, but it was very heavy and did not work either. I went back to the store, which is quite far from my home, after much difficulty. They told me to leave the power bank with them, and when they got a similar model, they would send it to my home. I messaged the store’s main person, Gaurav Dixit, almost every day, requesting that they send the correct product as I urgently needed it. However, every day, he would send me pictures of different power banks that were not similar to my model, asking if he should send them. I repeatedly declined and asked for the correct model. A few days later, he informed me that they would provide me with a coupon for Mi shopping instead of the power bank and that my case would be closed. I agreed to this. Today is October 17th, and I have not received any response from their side, nor have I received any reward points or coupons as promised.
