The ticket side of this app is always giving me problems. I’ve tried logging out and back in. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling. It works when it wants too, it doesn’t load most of the time. And tickets from weeks ago stay on there. Real low quality app!

It’s not bad enough that half the time there’s no audio at all on the feed that’s supposed to be play-by-play, but tonight some rocket scientist put the wrong audio feed on the app. Instead of listening to Jax & Amy call the game I got hour 437 of UM football postgame coverage. Pathetic…PATHETIC!!!

1 day before the ECFs and the APP is not loading on my iphone. It opens and then quickly shuts down. Can anyone look into this?

I’m signed into my account and I cannot access my rewards. I went to members, then a screen comes up asking me to join. I’m signed in and a season ticket holder.

Love the ability to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster directly in the app, love the blog and the overall look! However, I downloaded the app primarily in order to add the 20-21 schedule to my iPhone's calendar, but it's stuck on the 19-20 schedule. Edit: The calendar was fixed quickly! Love the Heat, and as always their service was top notch.
