Miami Open presented by Itaú Reviews

Bad Dog, Bad App

DHutchGolf on

United States

Like most dogs you encounter, you assume they are good dogs. This app looks like it should be a good app, but underneath it’s a very bad dog (app). Take today for example on the front page of the app. It is mistakenly headlining Sinner beating Zverev. Sinner played Medvedev, not Zverev. This is beyond unacceptable for a tennis app. also, as an example, the men’s final is not listed yet for tomorrow, but we have known for 18 hours who the players are.

Lacking good content

TexTennGa on

United States

Hard to find what little news and match information they have. Where are player interviews? Where are human interest stories?

Great app in concept, but still work in progress

Indy711 on

United States

Lots of bells and whistles providing great information for the Miami Open event in campus layout, restaurants and bars available, and tennis matches. Especially like the match schedule options listing by all, live, and favorite “saved.” However, refreshing error is constant for accessing members tournament tickets everyday of this 1st week of the tournament. Making daily access to both match tickets and parking pass difficult and requiring I close the page and/or the app sometimes more than once.

Terrible app

reuben from LAX on

United States

More and more apps appear written by a 9 year old, without even a minimum of quality assurance. I blame the developer, but also their customer, be it the ATP or the Miami Open organizers, for allowing such a bad product under their endorsement!

Please improve

doe13 on

As a member, everyday the app says cannot refresh due to improper format?! Have to delete app, clear history and download again and reinstall several times before app works.

Seeds on the draws

frixysmom on

United States

Please add Seeds to the Draws! Never seen draws without the seed numbers. Also, would be nice to see live/completed Match Statistics.

App doesn’t work

Musiz4life on

Cannot register, will not send verification email

Could be better

rudeboybert on

United States

Draws and Practice Schedules are not natively in App, limiting interactivity. In the Indian Wells app however they are.

Yikes!

Jsgilham on

United States

It just isn’t working. Stays open for a second only.
