This app always logged user out hence need to relogin every time access the application. Also the TeleMed function should allow patients to select doctors because auto assigned doctor not replying at all. Notifications from months back also become unread even though already deleted it. Please improve

useless broken app, never seems to work when you need it, designed to discourage usage, maybe?

Absolutely trash app. Logs you out after 5 mins. Forces you to update before use. Can’t locate a clinic without turning on Location Service. The list goes on. I hate this app more than anything

Terrible app that I ever used before. super slow speed, please improve the app.

After recent update, i encounter failed login with reason “Column name or number of supplied values does not match table definition” eventho ive entered correct information. Please help urgently

Keeps logging me out when I’m trying to submit a claim every time I switch to another screen to check and input the details of my claim.

After the update the request GL and claim submission tab is missing, unable to submit claim now.

I didn’t open for awhile, and then I used the correct USER ID and password. Account Locked. Still need to call for them.

1. Remove annoying pop out model 2. Improve and fix your search 3. Fix loading block the whole screen
