This app is constantly disconnecting from watch and takes several tries to reconnect. Fix the app. Writing this next bit after the app update that supposedly was to fix the issues. Well it hasn’t! My watch disconnects from the app a number of times a day and I am constantly having to reconnect it. Who works in the IT department?! They need to be replaced with people that know what they’re doing!

It keeps losing the step tracking and workout data. The latest example: yesterday I did around 8,800 steps, these were showing in the app, but said the equivalent was 0.4km (first problem). My watch also detected that I had started a workout yesterday and so had that recorded too. Now today, my step and activity data for the week have disappeared. My steps for yesterday are showing as 1,500 and 0 active minutes. Same for the rest of the week. For an expensive watch, the app is pretty useless.

The app is not working for me correctly and I cannot control my crosby activity tracker through it. Horrible user experience!

Not only does the app keep freezing now it’s not accurately holding the step count. Have one number at the end of one day & the ne T morning that step count has gone backwards anywhere between 1,000 & 2,000 steps. Your update is a massive fail - fix it!!

I can’t pair my watch so useless

I have another app on my phone for counting steps and both the app and my MK were very close in count.noticed the last few days that my MK was over a 1000 steps behind every day

If you can’t do something perfect, just don’t do it. Do the thing that you are good at it. Please don’t ruin your own brand.

Trying to login via Facebook and won’t let me rendering my tracker useless. Not cool!

Love it, not only does my MK Reade watch look fab it counts all of my steps, including the ones when I am pushing a pram of bike, I just with it would sync with My Fitness Pal app!!!!

It doesn't work properly and hasn't been tracking my activity in the past few days.
