Terrible app
Quite possibly one of the worst apps I’ve ever tried to use. I’ve been trying for over an hour to simply set up an account. Awful app.
Doesn’t work
App won’t let you create an account or anything. No way to contact support. Just use seat geek for tickets
Unable to log in
In the latest version 2.1.3, I am unable to log in. When I put my credentials in, the password just disappears, making it impossible to access my account.
App crashes
App crashes when audio is on..
Doesn’t open
Got to give a 1 star. The app used to work. Now after removing and reinstalling the app throws an exception. The type initializer for sidearms.services.mobileappconfig threw an exception.
Can’t login
My husband and I both have accounts with Michigan Athletics. Neither of us can login on the app. Dumb.
Still can’t log in
It won’t let me change my password either. I cannot log in nor change my password. This app is terrible
Glitchy
Kicks you out of manage tickets. Sending code to email? Really? How about just a password since when you leave the app to check email for the code it sends it logs you out and you need to send another code and you go to check for it and it logs you out and etc… etc…

Why do I have to log in each time I use the app? Please fix.
