When I swipe down to update the inventory for the new items and pricing it won’t update any of that. Any reason on why that’s happening.

The app support link is a broken link.. this app basically took 3.99 of my money and left me holding an empty wallet.. It will not save my items . it will not save the shelf price. It’s basically useless...
