Unusable in dark mode. Completely black with text that cannot be seen.

And Services don’t appear when I reload the program. Services is blank even when I shut down and reload the program

This app is entirely useless if I have my phone on Dark Mode. People do use dark mode even in the daytime. Please read my first statement again.

Ease of use and great way to book clients by adding to email signatures, website, and socials.

Strange but I have both a personal O365 account and business O365 and asks for only premium. I entered my business email and got a weird error message saying your organization is taking over this app then it crashed. I restarted it and it said something to the effect of “You cannot use this App until your iOS (Apple) is version 20 of higher.” This is strange since I have the most up to date iOS on my phone which is 16.0.3 and just saw the newest update is only 16.1 today. It’s like someone put a message not to use this app for the next decade and try again. Strange indeed.

not optimized for dark mode. unusable

I use this at work heavily and realized there may be an app. Attempted to log in and can’t see my account I use on the Office 365 side. Would be so helpful since I mange 80+ students and need to make appointments on the go. Guess I’ll log into the site.

This app has a white background with white lettering. Shouldn’t be hard for a billion dollar company to avoid an issue like that. Can’t read anything at all and there’s no place to change those settings.

I use this on my computer to book different types of appointments and offer them on only certain days. It works great AS LONG AS YOU USE IT ON A COMPUTER. The iPhone version is WORTHLESS! As others have mentioned since JULY, the text for logging in is white font on white background. Huh? And menus is black text on black background. What on earth?! Useless. So if those trying to book an appointment with me are using their phone, are they seeing (not seeing) the same things? If so, I’m going to have to explore other options like Calendly. My university is committed to Outlook365, but this is not going to work to ensure efficiency with my workload if Bookings can’t work seamlessly across devices. I’ve noticed this year that some of my appointments are coming through without the student’s name on it for some reason. Still trying to resolve that one but makes me seem unorganized when I have to post in a course room asking who signed up for an observation on a certain day/time.

The menus are unreadable. The font is the same color as the background on the menu. I’ve tried through the app to ask for support and send feedback but it goes to a URL that doesn’t exist and if you click in the App Store app support same thing happens. So there is no one to tell that there’s a problem.
