Microsoft Lens trims, enhances, and makes pictures of whiteboards and documents readable.
You can use Microsoft Lens to convert images to PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files, digitize printed or handwritten text, and save to OneNote, OneDrive, or your local device. You can even import images that are already on your device using Gallery.

Not working after update
Was working fine. Suddenly cannot work after all update
Unstable
Unstable when syncing to one drive.
Working fine until it suddenly decides not to upload to OneNote
Used this as a business card scanner for about 6 months and was working fine. However, it just refuses to upload today and despite disconnecting and Re-login and deleting and re-installing, the app refuse to connect to OneNote with a pop-up saying please sign in with email and password but I am already signed in. Closing the pop-up did not bring me anywhere too and just got stuck at the save screen. This is now 0% working..

Great! Easy to use and very clear photos taken from whiteboard 👌
Why is default mode jpg?
Per title. Unfathomable really, just a simple QOL adjustment. Who the heck uses this app other than to scan docs which ought to be in pdf. Why is jpg the default save type??????? Did the developers ever use their own app? Guess not.

This app allows very quick scans and saves in a very short time
Naming scanned files is not convenient
The default file name is long and weird, and contains unsupported symbol. Difficult to sort files if forgot to rename. Filename text box is not obvious, often forget to rename. Clearing the text in the box is also cumbersome.
