. Trots att iPhone är parkopplad hittar inte appen headsetet.

Jag parkopplade mina Surface Headphones 2+ innan jag laddade ned appen. Det gillade den inte, var tvungen att glömma lurarna inne på BT-inställningar för att komma vidare i appen.

Hittar inte sprillans nya Surface lurar trots parkopplade. Lurarna oanvändbara pga överkänslig touch (pausar hela tiden)

Headphones constantly disconnect for no reason while on a phone call. Very frustrating! And the app will not recognize the headphones even when they are paired and connected to iPhone.
App is broken. Needs update
Unable to log in to my account. My pc version of the app works well.

No computer!
You should have computers!!!!!!
Broken App
It has never been a great experience but it looks like the app is just fully broken now. Yes, I can pair my Surface headphones via Bluetooth, but without the app, I am unable to adjust any of the audio settings and I very much enjoyed that EQ customization capability.
