App works perfectly. Easy to log on and view my accounts.

Rarely shows accurate balance

This app consistently shows the incorrect balance in my accounts causing me to receive overdraft charges frequently. Purchases sometimes don’t come out of the account days or even over a week after purchasing. Very disappointing that I have to be penalized and lose money because of these inaccuracies. At this point I feel that overdraft fees should be returned to me for any purchases that were made when the account was not accurate. There are also many times when I choose to make a debit transaction and it is posted as a credit transaction. If these issues don’t get resolved I will choose to bank elsewhere.

Good app, love being able to check transactions!

The only negative is occasionally it will freeze and not open.
