Freezing app
Very bad delays and it freezes after the update, we have to delete the app then reinstall it to work again Already did it 5 times
Error
Application not starting freezing at home page if u push book a trip nothing happems!
The New Update
The new update is not working at all and my work depends on the app a lot. Since the update was done the app doesn’t open, it only opens the first page but no other button or page works. Please fix this quickly 🙏🏻
App is freezing
After doing the update, each time I’m trying to open the app it’s freezing, I’m not able to click on any button

Doesn’t work keep giving the same « sorry it is taking more time than usual « something that have to do with beeing a robot. Well I am flying saudia now 😃
Complain
To whom it concerns, I came on the 19 th of April from Paris :1340/18:55 ( MEA212) Business Class. The service was very bad and the food also. One of the hostess threw rice on the floor and she didn’t clean well! It was disgusting! At the end they didn’t even offer sweets, coffee and warm towels
Efficient App
Efficient application and user friendly… ability to select multiple destinations flights .. I like the option related to buying additional baggage allowances and select my seat reference
Errors need to be fixed
Need to fix the errors when using the app, When you want to the previous page you need to press many times and doesn’t work
