Midi Studio is a modular MIDI control surface for iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad.  It supports sending CoreMidi messages over a Wi-Fi network using the UDP protocol for sending and receiving MIDI messages.  The application allows to remote control and receive feedback from software and hardware that implement the MIDI protocols such as Apple Logic Pro/Express, Ableton Live, Max for Live, Cubase, Pro Tools, FL Loops and many others.  The interface provides a number of different touch controls to send and receive messages:  Faders / Rotary controls / Encoder controls / Push buttons / Toggle buttons / XY pads / LEDs / Labels, etc.

Can't download extra templates

Store items are missing.

Excellent Graphics !

Does what it claims and beautiful in doing it!! The only reason it’s 4 stars is due to the extra downloadable content seemingly no longer available or has some sort of bug issue preventing the downloading of content

The Best Midi controller Bundle on iTunes

Don't let the price scare you. Nothing on here even comes close. Although there is a cheaper, less loaded package by the same developer, spend the money and go PRO.

Very deceiving

This app says you can create your own but has a very limited supply. If you click the Buy More function, nothing shows up most the time. I have contacted the software to try to find out how to transfer the template I have spent countless hours creating, with no response. If the template cannot be imported to another iPad, why am I wasting my time on this piece of crap? By the way, this is my second attempt at writing a review. It would not accept my last one. Brett

Almost excellent. Just love the ability to customise the interface. Got a good design also. Would like a cable connection.

Great app!

Great app! Would like to see an option to go USB straight into a computer instead of only wirelessly but other than that its fantastic!

Bad support

Loaded this, links up fine over wifi. Just cannot get it to work properly with presonus studio one. I have contacted the support but still no reply. Also a lack of a decent manual. This would have been a great help. This could be an amazing app if I could get it to work
