the worse bank app ive ever seen

Whoops - for the first time EVER I messed up

Mandy patiently helped me learn to photo my check to get the funds available today. ( there is a second check forthcoming in the mail.) Mandy was a GREAT help! Seriously!!!!

App is very unresponsive and has been for years

App is quite archaic compared to most banks, and it’s very slow and unresponsive.

Good in theory, but slow.

Slow and glitchy app, not the most user friendly.

Banking at its best

Love the staff at both the Minnesota and Florida banks. Very helpful and friendly. Easy online banking too.

Depositing checks

I’m so happy that I can deposit checks from my phone

Face recognition doesn’t work

I need to dig up my username and password each time I use the app

Spinning wheel

Loading wheel just spins, even if I close the app, restart my phone or uninstall and reinstall the app. Just spinning wheel.

Slow. Buggy

Glitchy and very very slow. Almost unusable.

App is terrible

App is slow. I’ve never seen an app with such a long load time. Whenever you click anything be prepared to wait between each click. Awful app.
