App does not work at all. Constantly can arm and disarm the alarm from the app. Always getting errors.

After a year and a half I am still disappointed with this App/service offered. We have continuous issues with making connection with the alarm panel and thus are either unable to arm or disarm the alarm remotely, which is the main purpose of this add-on/app. I have been patiently waiting for it to be rectified but unfortunately it has not and I’ve lost faith that it will ever be properly resolved. In saying the above, it works how it should, a lot of the time, albeit very slowly, but for a security system add-on it should work at a minimum 95% of the time, which it does not.

The one star is for the ability to remotely switch on and off my alarm but the rest of the app is not user friendly. I receive dozens of notifications when power is down or comes back up again and don’t understand any of these notifications “bell 1 disabled” ? Don’t even have a “bell”. Also find it very difficult to change zones or bypass. Not a good app

Warning code 121. What does it mean? Haven’t been able to access the app which is a security risk for me.

After the last app and firmware update the system stops communicating every few days with app. You have to manually power cycle the gsm unit. There is no point in having an alarm if it can not send signals. Very poor

For some reason my alerts stopped coming through after the update! How can I set it up again!

Please bring back the function of hiding and unhiding zones otherwise really good app

Thanks for the app. We can no longer hide any zones. The functionality seems to have been removed with the latest update. Can you please restore this functionality?

THIS APP IS THE WORST MOST USELESS HOME AUTOMATION APP I HAVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE THE SUPPORT FOR END USERS IS NONE EXISTENT AND IS HORRIBLY SLOW AND COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP AS YOU CAN TOO THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE READING THIS
