Fun and practical workout
Love the app! The workouts really get you moving and the self-defence lessons are very informative. No nonsense here, just a great workout with some good tips for keeping yourself safe.

I loved my first lesson and hope to do more training, it’s a shame you have to pay for them though when I found out I was really disappointed. However the app is really great and it really helps women protect themselves, now I can go out and know I can protect myself if needed, THANK YOU MIGHTY!!
I remember when I found out that women are disproportionately impacted by the violence, and looking for an app for self defense. Two years later, I still love it! The workouts are challenging and even just one “section” of lessons help so much with confidence.
Good morning I hope you have a great day and I hope
I am a major proponent of Self-Defense. I absolutely love it. And as someone who is so passionate about the craft, I have tried just about everything and have pretty high standards where training is concerned. This app has not only met those standards - but has exceeded them. Seriously the best you will ever find. If you are experienced in martial arts or just getting started, there is plenty here for everyone. Don’t just take my word for it though. Download it and check it out. See for yourself why this app sets itself apart from all of the others
This is the first time I’ve ever done anything remotely physical and didn’t hate it. I actually came back the very next day. I’m 40 and that has never happens with anything other than yoga. I am sweating and out of breath, it I am also just a little more confident too. (I’ve only gotten to day 2, and I’m still excited for tomorrow.) First time ever. 🥰
I had to replace my phone, and none of my progress on the app was saved. Now I am going back through the entire program. The refreshers are nice but a bit frustrating.
This is a great app and a fun way to get in shape. My only problems are that you can’t opt out of doing certain workouts or switch them out. It’s very all or nothing. It’s frustrating. Certain workouts are much more difficult than others and the only way to rate it is by categorizing the entire thing. Another thing is that there isn’t enough of a cool down. I’d also really love if there were more tips to protect yourself from getting hurt while doing the workout. Almost threw out my back while doing kicks. Usually in kickboxing classes, they’ll give you tips to ensure you don’t injure yourself, there isn’t much of that.
I’ve never done workouts or any type of sport before but this made it so easy to get fit along with keep up a workout schedule! It also made me feel safer and stronger.
I’ve been waiting to see a release on IPad Pro, when’s it going to happen! 😡If you’re not going to bother to make a version for IPad, then I’ll just delete it. I will not recommend this app to anyone who owns a tablet.
