Voor Portugal zeer belangrijk!
Ik heb veel geprobeerd, maar deze app is belangrijk voor Portugal.
In Portugal zijn er geen apps, welke voor alle laadpalen werken. Veel wordt geweigerd en veel laadstations doen het op de een, maar wel op de andere laadpaal…
Miio is wel redelijk duur..
Most places don’t work
This app only works on 1/10 of the locations listed. Extremely frustrating as most stations require a card, and most stations where it says Miio will work, simply doesn’t. Get a card and don’t use this app otherwise you’ll get stranded.
App needs direct customer service
Dear app developer,
I am pleased with the effort to make electric driving more easily accessible. I think the app has quite a number of good features. It does what it needs to do: show chargers and make loading via an app possible.
The main problem is lack of direct customer service. You are in the field of mobility, if something doesn’t work for charging I need instant support and an easy to find phone number. Without this, the dissatisfaction is too high. I could not find a phone number on your website and the chat function had a delay of 40 minutes, and did not reach out directly for a call.
There are a number of things that can be made clearer in the app itself (eg the differences for the paying mechanisms, the QR code on the invoice, what is the color scheme for chargers)
