Milano Card App

It's a waste of time and money... I paid for 2 MilanoCard passes for 3 days (total 62€) and I never managed to use them... it's a functional online service only for payment... to pick up tickets "milano card" you need to get to a single point in the city, far away (other money and lost time)... you have to get there during their working hours (it may happen that you need a milano card on Sunday and be closed, you pick it up only on Monday - again more money and lost time). There you have the pleasure of meeting the seller of a newspaper stand who is totally useless in giving you information about the milano card. He claims that he doesn't understand English or that he only understands what is to his advantage in a conversation. I had to find someone on the street to translate from English to Italian what I wanted to ask him. I received unclear answers from him - he gave me the impression of a scam. I tried through an online request to recover the money paid for a service I did not use, but without any results. I think that with a little effort, the operation of the milano card application can be improved, but my impression is that it is not wanted, it is easier to deceive the world that way.

Unclear email instructions, had to get the MilanoPass from a pickup point, but pickup point does not exist. Was expecting digital tickets. This app is trash.

I try to buy this card, I made de payment and I haven’t received anything but the confirmation of payment. I have written them and they didn’t answer at all. In case they could have answered I have to go somewhere far away to pick it up. It is not normal to buy it online and than to go to pick it up physically.

The shuttle takes you to a place, but in order to to pick up your “milano card” tickets you need to buy another metro ticket just to get there. So you pay twice. No place gave us discounts because they said that “milano card” doesn’t pay them, so it’s a complete ripoff. If you buy individual tickets wherever you need it’s cheaper and you get the muuuch faster.
