Ich wollte meine bestellung stornieren... habe 12h nach bestellung die stornierung verlangt! habe erst 2tage später eine antwort bekommen in sehr schlechtem deutsch!! als ich nochmals gefragt habe haben sie mir wieder 2tage später geantwortet: „es tut uns so leid, das paket ist schon versandt, es kann nicht stornieren“ echt nicht zu empfehlen...halten nicht mal ihre eigenen geschäftsregeln ein! naja was will man von so einer firma erwarten...

C'est une bande d'escrocs! Ils vous répètent en boucle que pour un retour et remboursement il faut faire une demande RMA. La touche RMA ne fonctionne volontairement pas. Lorsque vous leur dites ils répètent en boucle qu'il faut faire une demande RMA que ca soit par mail ou par téléphone (on peut les joindre à partir de 3:30 du matin). Il n'est signalé nul part sur leur dit que les bêtement peuvent avoir un coût supplémentaire pour des frais de douane alors que cela arrive 1x sur 5 environ. Sachant que les frais de douane peuvent facilement dépasser le prix de l'article commandé et qu'ils ne les payeront pas pour vous et ne vous remboursent pas si vous décidez de renoncer à votre achat.

This company is completely a scam artist who steals other people pictures and post them as their own Selling merchandise. That does not look like the picture. I ordered a green fur coat in a large and I did not get the large and when I got the coat it look like a dusty robe they refuse to let me return the coat. I tried to reach out to them the day I received the coat and they said is no way for them to send me a label. I will have to return it on my own pay for shipping the only thing they offer was to give me 20% back and I have to pay for a coat that I have to throw away because it’s not wearable do not shop with them. Customer service is terrible. The product look very cheap. Look like someone spent five dollars on it from a thrift store.

Run away do not buy from them, I bought a dress from them and when it arrived the sizes were wrong and the fabric was very bad and ugly. I asked to return it, they asked me for many pictures, and when I took them, they refused to return or even exchange! I wrote a comment on the piece itself and they did not publish it on the site

My first shoe purchase was good… so I decided to double down and buy three more pairs of shoes… and they packed three pair of shoes in one small box!! so needless to say, the shoes were damaged, on the app they only show you the good reviews I wrote a review for three pairs of shoes, and I can’t find it on their page!!! I am deleting this app, and I will never use it again!!!

Found the dress of my dreams and order it. Showed it’d be shipping in 15 days. A whole month goes by and NO updates on it or anything!! Took me forever to find a way to contact them and when I did, the response time was about a day!! Was lucky and they canceled my order and gave me a refund, but I wonder if I never reached out if I would’ve ever gotten my order. Avoid them!!!!
