Why why why did it have to take 10 minutes to download an app and register to order a bagel when it could have taken ONE SENTANCE, first they get rid of the dine in area, now i cant even order from a person, theyre to basically just turning the restaurant into an uber eats factory
Horrendous awful tedious experience
The only way I can describe this app is clunky and frustrating. If you need to give instructions when opening the app when using it, that’s probably a sign that you need to go back to the drawing board. I can see what you’re ~trying~ to do, but I’d highly encourage you to try something different. Forcing people to migrate onto the app just so they can get a bagel is not ideal, and seeing other people having the same frustration as me while trying to work it all out wasn’t a great experience.
Total waste of time - what a poor customer experience having to download this clunky app and set up an account. Watched six people walk up then leave instead of downloading.
-drove all the way there -didn’t have my wallet so I couldn’t put my card details through on the app and staff wouldn’t serve me Not my first run in with mile end but will definitely be my last. Disappointing
This has got to be the dumbest idea. The friction is so high for a new customer. All I wanted to do was place an order to a person 2 meters away at a counter. Had to spend 10mins downloading the app, setting up an account, verifying my phone and then putting in my payment details. Meanwhile I can see 2 staff members in the shop standing around doing nothing.
It’s a bagel app. Doesn’t that say it all?
Too complicated with payment methods,, why no PayPal or Apple pay is beyond me. The bagels not worth the effort
This app was honestly a terrible experience to use. If you need customers to download an app to buy a bagel you neeeeed to make the app easy to use. But it wasn’t! It was really hard to navigate around, I couldn’t tell if my order was placed, doesn’t have Apple Pay. Why do I need to create an account to order a bagel? Why does it request access to my camera? So many poor decisions that could have otherwise been avoided by using another product like MR Yum.
