De sidste par uger bliver kun 1/4 af mine ture registreret.

Not working- stops logging suddenly

Very bad. I’m not going to continue with this app because it’s too slow and it’s crashing all the time 😊

No response from customerservice

Well, now The app is crashing again!!! Troubleshooting doesnt work, and no feedback from customerservice on mail! Well, as response i have now send The mail again, from 2 different adresses… total 4 times..

Semi godt km regnskabs program

Hvis mand bruger hjemmeside til at rette de ture der ikke er automatisk registreret virker det fint, men jeg har konstant problemer på appen iPhone 11 Pro, den kører tandhjul der hvor der skulle være et kort :-(. Lige ledes logger den ikke altid den rute jeg har kørt ? Men start og slut stemmer meget mærkeligt.

Har brugt det i næsten 2 år, virker perfekt. Nu skal jeg ikke bruge den mere, og skal bruge hjælp fra dem for at stoppe den årlige betaling!!! Men nu svarer de ikke må mine henvendelser. Sgu for dårligt af deres kundeservice!!!! Bliver rettet når de har hjulpet mig

Fint når det virker - meget ustabilt 1. registrerer ikke alle stop på ruten ( selv om disse er på over et kvarter ) 2. kan stadig ikke generere reporter hvor tidsangivelsen/ klokkeslettet er korrekt ( i hvert fald ikke i sommertiden 🙄 ) 3. Registrerede ture medtages ikke allesammen i rapporterne - disse må så slettes og gen-indtastes manuelt for “at komme med” 🙄 (Derved registreres kun den korteste rute og ikke nødvendigvis den reelt kørte - pga f. eks. vejspærringer/ omkørsler/ trafikpropper og lign.) 🤥 Jo da - der er (god) plads til forbedringer 😉

Not using actual route

Why is it no longer using the actual route driven, but takes “the optimal highway route?” There is a 30 km difference in the route I actually drive, and the one displayed in the app. The app rote is 30km longer
