Don’t do it
Was a happy customer since 2015 and can’t count the number of clients, side gig friends I’ve recommended the app too. Customer service has tanked substantially.
Life saver
This app saved me time and money!!!
Too expensive for how buggy it is
This app CONSTANTLY messes up my mileage routes, showing me going into a city that’s 50 miles away when it’s completely impossible and no where near my route. Support is totally useless and slow at that. And now they are raising the price by $30 a year?! No thank you. I’ll be switching apps before my renewal.
$30 increase?
A $30 year over year price increase? For what? Are there DRASTIC improvements being made or just simply greed? I’m guessing the latter. Couldn’t cancel my subscription fast enough.
Customer service is lacking
I paid for the unlimited mileage tracking. The app did not upgrade me. Immediately contacted them. The person helping me was clueless. They kept asking me for the same info. Finally they said they were kicking it up to a technical department. Haven’t heard back from them. I’m loosing money daily and now just want my money back so I can get a different app. It’s been 48 hours since my last email from them. I’ll update this review once I hear from them. I feel ripped off.
Quality Tracking App
I have been well pleased, for the most part, with this app. My only complaint is I want the app to only track when I am in my vehicle, with the Bluetooth & WiFi connected thru CarPlay. Every week I have to sort thru it tracking me in the field on farm machinery, as a passenger with someone, etc. Other than that, the app is great and the reports very professional looking.
