Every time I wanted to use the app, I had to change my password. This time it forms even send me the link to prompt a password change. I get the following message: “Please enter your servicecard number or Travel ID (email address).” I don’t know why you use these confusing terminologies but fine. I’ve tried everything I can and still didn’t get the link to change my password! As German as it gets!
Pointless app. Doesn’t remember user pins. When requesting reset links, they have immediately expired - despite the supposed 24hrs validity. User support none existent on the weekend. My first experience with Lufthansa. It’s not looking good.
Sign in required almost every time I run the app, despite FaceID being switched on. Sign in screen, just like on the website, not taking the advantage of single page sign on, so username and password need to be entered in two steps. So unnecessary. Obviously poor user experience as a result of it. Not to mention, “easier and more simple” loyalty programs, which became do difficult to understand, probably with the aim of saving as much money as possible on frequent travellers. Looking at the new program, the users will get the less for more (miles, points, money). Common “error” messages in the app. Very slow, regardless of internet speed. This app represents overall decline in what Lufthansa has been offering over last decade to its cumstomers.
Very easy to navigate.
Since December 2023, the app is not allowing to sign in with our credentials. Even on the internet it says to contact the nearest service team. Guess what! It cost money to call them! And when I did, they said Miles and More is having some problems!!! No resolution at all
Fanatic upgrade
Yet. I put in the correct Travel ID login details and it doesn’t work. “Technical error”. Very very irritating. If it does not work and judging by the dates of reviews, has not worked in 4 years, why bother.
Pretty rubbish app, nothing that I press in the menu works. It looks like a prototype app
The app is complicated, should be more easy.
I am regularly locked out of the app and unable to get back in. The miles and more “customer service” people are unable to help. What is the point of flying Swiss and being able to collect these points if miles and more won’t recognise me as a customer? Absolute rubbish experience.
