I’ve been working out w Mill Hoy for over a decade. I LOVE that I can use the app for videos whenever, wherever I am. Hotel rooms or the gym when I travel, and my own workout room at home. LOVE getting the fist bump at the end of every workout!
Great workout app
I really LIKE to workout so I was ecstatic to find this app as his workouts are fantastic. There is always new exercises; I don’t like a lot of repetition. He is so innovative. You can tell he really cares about people and loves what he does. Love, Love, Love is all I can say. Get it today!

Still loving it
We’ve had this app since 2020 and we're still using it. We’ve had some stops and starts and it fits every level of where we’ve been. I don’t plan on giving it up anytime soon.
