This App is amazing! I highly recommend this app.

This app provides quick but affective tools for strengthening our own mind skills. Once you learn to recognize your own fears and how to overcome them you're on your way to accomplishing the goals you've been trying unsuccessfully to complete for years. Additionally, once you know you own mind skills, you will be able to recognize when the opposition is playing mind games and you can quickly quash them. You will also learn how to read and interpret body language and other skills that are helpful in relationships, business and a variety of situations.

If you wi want to become successful, you have to actually practice like he says. Or it won't take effect, I made a mistake by saying to myself I'll practice later and I tried some stuff in a social situation (I'm also socially awkward) and it didn't work out for me. So actually do the stuff he says and your good!

Very well developed quick reference to sharpen your knowledge on social skills and mental awareness of the self and of others. 🔟:🔟

Great app Id love if you added more to it.Especially more in detail on the Socratic method

For some reason I've had all this knowledge from a young age, but could never really put it into words like this app does. For those interested in being able to handle situations better this is an amazing place to start.

Really enjoyed the beginning portion about building yourself to be more confident, but some of the other stuff can be seen in his YouTube videos.
