Since I bought the gift cards on June, I would like to book for massage. I didn’t know why I could not process the payment once I did choose for massage. Then, I called for help regarding this but they did not reply the problem. The so-called customer support was just to make record and did not take any proper action. Even I still have money of the gift cards, I will not use their provided services anymore. Hey guys, please bear in mind to choose this apps . 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The app allow to book for a session real time but there is not possible to confirm the session upon booked and it even said no one would provide support on Sunday. What kind of app would provide a service in this way ? The booking time and date are not reflect the truth of each outlets and cannot be responded quick.

Booked a massage but still didn’t get confirmation 15 minutes before appointment time. All calls to their customer service number went unanswered, so I called the massage parlor directly, who confirmed that there’s no availability for the time I requested. Despite the app saying that my card won’t be charged until receiving confirmation, the charge still shows up in my statement immediately. Overall, this app is a lie and a scam, and most likely ran out of business since customer service calls went unanswered, despite calling 3 times. Be careful guys!!

Very convenient to use! A lot of good spa and facial places. It helps me to discover good spa to go and the customer service on WhatsApp is very helpful! The Black Friday promotion is really nice!! I have recommended it to a few friends and they love it.

I entered a promotion code for my first trial, and while the code is valid and showed a deduction, it went back to the original price when i tried to pay thru Apple Pay. there is no contact function in the app that i can ask. I will shift back to other similar apps for the time being.
