It could do with an update to allow promotional codes to be added.

Can you explain why I can’t access the app? Please make it simple and easy for businesses to access cause our business analytics relies on this

If you care about your own mental sanity and your business do yourself a favour and avoid. Its a big bug of an app and the whole system just so complicated. It is so frustrating to do aimple tasks and now it wont let you update your availability. So if you put yourself unavailable and than you will get a client you can not book they in and you will loose your appointment cause mindbody can not handle to change from unavailable to available for the day. JOKES.

Very smart

The jerky nature of Mindbody holds it back from being the best fitness business management software available. It’s so so frustrating, from not being able to scroll through your diary properly, loading issues, randomly assigning staff to being unavailable. Ticks all the boxes on paper, but that’s useless without smooth operation.

Failed to log in via the apps for the last two months. Removed the apps and downloaded again. Don’t even get pass the business name input.

Despite reinstalling, clearing caches, signing out and in, soft and hard reset on my phone and iPad - the app crashes as it signs into the initial page.

I've used this app through necessity for years and it's never worked flawlessly. It's getting better but it's never quite there. It always opens up with a blank screen, regardless of what the support team recommend; and once appointments do appear (through my own fiddling of parameters or scrolling back and forth) the dates listed will very often not correspond to the appointments shown, which is one of the worst things a scheduling app could do! There is also very restricted function for viewing clients' payment history so I often have to use the main website alongside, which is annoying. I don't have to do that when using other apps to send emails or do my banking or even use MS Excel.

Multiple highly skilled practioners all under one roof providing great services. Perfect for a lunchtime massage or fixing my dodgy back.

They never help if they have a problem with Mindbody app or MINDBODY site, I had so many complaints from my customers about bookings, log in, cancellations, and I had to sort out everything by myself, as technical support never fixed any problem, they just pretended to fix it, but no one of my requests had been never done, it took a lot of my time and I decided to leave Mindbody as they services put my business reputation down. I was working with Mindbody 2 years. I used 2 business with them.
