Mindbody Messenger (Bowtie)

Have been very disappointed in upgrading to MIndbody messenger. Not only does the mobile app not work, the website widget hasn’t worked for over 3 months. The worst part is customer service doesn’t even care. They don’t refund you for paying for a broken app. And they mention they have no clue when things will be fixed. I have no choice but to move on to another company.

I wish this feature would work properly as it is super helpful for the business I manage. I am constantly hunting to close the app out for it to function. There are way too many glitches to list here as well. Hoping my body is working on this feature to make it better. It would be much appreciated.

I have had Mindbody messenger for several years and it never works right.

Would give this app 0 stars if I could. Hardly ever opens and when it does it just freezes. Horrendous!!! Desktop app is much better but I’ve been with them for 6 years and not a single feature improvement.

I like yall but this messenger AI app is making life harder. It constantly logs me out and then auto logs me back in to a blank business with no functioning sign out button. I have to delete and reinstall ever time I need it to get logged back in.

Not on to leave negative reviews. I think jesspisto said it all SO WELL. MINDBODY profits are not being reinvested into the clients. I have been with them 13 years. Too hard to leave once you are in. And no voice as a client anymore.

still have to ask customers for CVV. Need to make app for mac desktop as well

Believe these reviews before the sales rep tries to lure you in, Im paying $500 a month with mindbody adding this marketing suite software and the app does not work. Like at all.
