Used to love Mindful IVF
Used to absolutely love Mindful IVF and found the meditations so helpful to relax during IVF.
Recently however every time I want to do a 10 minute meditation I seem to have to spend about 5 minutes logging in to be able do it. I can’t log in with my email and password anymore as now I also have to verify my email with a code (which means waiting and having to go through junk mails to find the code). And not just once - every time I want to listen to a meditation!! This is not relaxing at all.
It’s maddening - I understand that my bank needs to have this level of security, but this is an IVF meditation app. I find myself getting so frustrated at how long it takes to log in that it’s not worth it. It’s a shame as this used to be so helpful and I used to listen every day during my IVF cycle.
Worth every penny
IVF is HARD work. This app is an absolute god send.. it kept me sane throughout the process, helped me feel in control, calm and connected mind and body to be in the best place for a successful pregnancy. I am so blessed to have my son now. I am due to transfer my final frozen embryo soon and happily paid to access the app again as I couldn’t be without it. Thank you for bringing us such an important app.

I purchased the app last year and it helped me so much. I've then gone to use the app recently for my second IVF and now they are wanting money for the ones I already paid for and the downloads , if not I would of given it 5*
The app was 5stars until now. Should not be re-charging. Gutted.....
Disappointed
Previously paid to access parts of this app. Went to use a sleep meditation the week after a negative result so really needing something to help and found there’s a new subscription pricing for most parts. Would have been good to have some warning via the App that this change was occurring for people mid treatment. While I’ve found them very helpful, I’m not sure I or many people going through IVF self funding can afford this sort of pricing. There’s actually quite a limited number of options eg sleep ones are quite short and aren’t that many, and once you’ve done them a few times… when you think how much Spotify costs per month and the vast number of music tracks you can access for that cost. Will be having to seriously consider whether can afford/keep using the App which is a pity.
How can you do this?
I had paid for this app and was using it daily to get through my IVF. All of a sudden there is a new pricing model and I’m locked out even though id previously paid.
I shall be perusing trading standards on this and will write to Apple as surely you can’t charge for an app and then change the pricing structure.

I can’t believe that after paying for this app you need to pay for the two week wait which is the most difficult part of IVF . It’s not clear this is the case up front
