I was happy to find the Mindletic app with meditations provided in my mother tongue language. It's a great app for people who want to learn how to destress and pay attention to their emotional state.
We’re not aware about our emotions. Unless we have regular insights and keep a log. Mindletic trains the mind to recognise and knows how the organism feels. And mindletic gives tools to improve your state as well. After 2 weeks of using, I already feel the difference and have improved my EQ.
I started using it a while ago and always loved the emotion tracking features. Though, I’m most impressed with how quickly the app evolves! Now I’m on a good emotional training streak with journaling, theme groups and breathing 🧘
Puiki programėlė, dažnai naudoju, nes patiriu nemažai streso. Padeda nusiraminti ir pamiršti negatyvias mintis. ——————- Really great app. Helps me to reduce stress levels:)
Everytime i open it, message pops up - “Too many attempts”
