not only is it a great calendar it’s also a great way to organize basic chores and basic projects you have that you need to remember its truly the only app ive used that’s very adhd friendly, very simple to use and very easy to organize everything you have going on in your life. it is simple so there’s definitely room for some improvement like being able to change how you view your calendar days but overall it’s not missing much. worth every single penny
My difficulty is mostly with ADHD. I’ve tried many other “daily task” apps. Often, I get lost in the overwhelming amount of features, details & design. This app is comfortingly straightforward. It allows me to spend less time “making” and “editing” my schedule, and more time “implementing” it. And, I don’t have to fix a million different things in order to change one thing. Loving every minute of it! -Erin
I’ve downloaded a million of these types of apps to see what worked best for me and THIS is the one. Minimalist, intuitive, and well thought out. I recommend it to everyone!
I love this app. it’s simple and functional and great for a distraction free to do list. BUT i want it to be available on apple watch soooo badly 🙏🙏🙏
Available subtask = {depends: [subtask category], available:[resources] or [knowledge]} Thank you for helping me work out a (Work in Progress) Idea
This app is exactly what I needed. I’ve tried a lot of to-do list/task manager apps and most have been overwhelming for me personally. I love the simplicity and minimalism of Mindlist. The apple calendar integration is a huge plus. Something I would love to see that I’ve seen with a couple other task manager apps is task shortcuts within the iOS control center. Being able to swipe down and quickly add a today task, inbox task, all day task in the control center. Also, interactive widgets would take this to another level. Having the ability to check off a task directly on the widget without opening the full app would be great.
Do love the simplicity and minimalist quality of the app. Its straightforward, easy to use and can connect to your daily life or not. Would love to be able to personalize the “home” page a little more but still my go to for lists and notes and better than others I’ve tried!
For a paid app it’s very annoying to set tasks on one day and get notified on a different day and majority of the tasks I make do this
I LOVED THIS APPLICATION. and I never write reviews. Used it 24/7,,,, but now it just auto deletes all my tasks??? I messaged support multiple times never got an answer :(( so heart broken.
