Práctica y simple
Es una aplicación muy práctica para abrir los archivos de este tipo, aunque no se puede editar (o yo no sé hacerlo), es muy simple y te saca del problema de no poder leer este tipo de archivos cuando te los envían otras personas que usan ese programa y uno no cuenta con el mismo.

Un maravilloso visor que te saca del apuro
Siempre que uno entienda que la intención de MindManager Go es sólo de visor, verás que es de mucha utilidad. No sirve para editar pero es que no fue pensado para eso. Yo lo uso enlazado con mi cuenta de OneDrive para empresas y es genial.
