Too much music not enough Nature

This is a scam

No free trial They lie to you. They tell You it’s a free trial then when you cancel account they charge you and then tell You that you didn’t request a refund, just to cancel. Then when you request a refund they say they don’t give refunds, that they’re in the EU and cannot give so don’t try it. What a run around.

Clarity test

I’ve tried to take the test several times but it doesn’t work.

intro needs help

The intro to every episode is abrasively loud. The sound isn’t balanced so I have to turn it all the way down then up, then down again and up. Also the skip all intros toggle doesn’t work. I have it toggled on but I still hear the intros which is okay because I like the girl the explains the upcoming episode it’s just the chime before and the chime after that’s too loud.

Just another scam unfortunately

I did the free trial and cancelled. They still charged my credit card the next 2 months. I tried to go in the app to see what happened but it said I didn’t have an account anymore. So I emailed them to refund the $40. They said it was signed up for twice but only cancelled once. What?!?! Never again. I usually don’t do these app things for exactly this reason.

Excellent, just needs a bug fix

I enjoy the app, and would love to be able to listen to the sound therapy, however it looks like it keeps trying to load the track, but doesn’t play it.

Constantly glitching

I’ve had this app for years but for like the last 3 months it’s constantly glitching not loading my sounds. I pay for the whole year & my renewal just came for $100 not trying to pay that much for a app that’s constantly crashing

deeply grateful

I’m thrilled because this app is helping me dive back into a meditation practice that I know I need but have been avoiding. I’ve felt resistant to sitting in order to focus only on the breath. So, when I came across it, I was intrigued by this app. It had me considering how specific sensory focus could make a lot of sense in conjunction with a breathwork practice. I also appreciated the idea of a scientific approach that might progressively create cognitive connections; might increase intuition. And the free trial had me immediately convinced! I reached out to support with some questions, a touch of constructive criticism and a request for help in bypassing the free trial so that I could pay for full access. From support, I received the most prompt, kind and useful responses. It further solidified to me that this is a service of value. It’s led by people who care to spread something good and will show it. The app is equally as fulfilling. I find it to be a really pleasing platform for the eyes and the ears. The artwork is breathtaking. The binaural beats with the sounds and music massage and tickle my brain. I’m drawn to it. I can focus on it. After several of the Sound Journeys, I feel an ability to focus coming back. The instant progress has me feeling joy at the return of an ability to release without following all of the occurring thoughts. I’m deeply grateful for this app and that return.

Track malfunction

Although I love Synctuition and would definitely recommend to my friends and family, I’ve had the experience of track malfunctioning. The track just stops playing usually at the 15 minutes interval. Also I have been having difficulties maki g the tracks play. It keeps buffering.
